Revskills it is a development and debugging tool for Qualcomm mobiles and HTC/Samsung mobiles in general. RevSkills is the successor of QMAT and PSAS, offering more features and stability. The functions for all mobiles with AT modes are send APDUs to SIM card, read out all SMS with all headers and send any AT command.
